We have the space from 7am until noon, from Monday to Friday, every month or two.

Our next Ashtanga guided self-practice week will be from 20th to 24th May 2024

As always, small groups (just 6 to 8 practitioners at one time), so the first group can arrive at 7am, the second at around 8.30am and last group around 10am. Practitioners will be encouraged to practise slowly with full attention to tristhana, precise vinyasa, alignment and stillness of mind (so no need to rush!)

Heaps of attention, guidance and teaching. Practitioners can ask questions and we like to keep these weeks light and joyful!

Cost is £200 for the five days (£150 for over 65s and those struggling financially).

Our aim for these Mysore-style Ashtanga guided self-practice weeks is to give as much help as possible, so that practitioners can then work on what we have covered either on their own, or in a studio and then come back a month or two later, to learn a bit more.

Please bring and use your own yoga mat, clean adjustment towels, sweat towel and wear a modest practice kit that covers the torso and at least upper thighs. There will be plenty of space between mats, ample ventilation, natural light and good hygiene!
