Zoom Weekdays
Philippa Asher philippa@ashtangaphilippa.com

With Online One-to-One lessons, you still have Philippa's undivided attention, receive verbal help/tips, watch Philippa demonstrate on your screen, refine technique and alignment, review Sanskrit asana names and precise vinyasa counts, can ask questions about the practice, philosophy, pranayama and receive guidance with joy!
