Practise Sheets (or ‘cheat sheets’) are a wonderful reference or resource, but ideally the practice should be learned directly from an experienced and gifted KPJAYI practitioner/teacher, who understands and follows the method and has learned the practice via parampara themselves.
Each asana should be learned within the context of their vinyasas. When one asana is mastered with safe physical alignment, tristhana, stillness and ease, then the next is learned. The aim is to find inner peace, to the still mind and to be balanced (in every sense of the word).
